"I gained tools, insights and actionable steps to continue on my wellness journey"
Before I started working with Natalya, I had felt overwhelmed, burned out at work, and was newly diagnosed as a diabetic. I knew I had to make a change.
Working with Natalya was such a wonderful experience. I learned how to breathe into my anxiety when I experienced doubts or challenges. Any blocks that I had, she helped me reflect on deeply so that I could understand the resistance I was having and make a plan to move forward.
I gained tools, insights and actionable steps to continue on a wellness journey. I started with baby steps to incorporate movement. We then created a bedtime routine so I could prioritize my sleep. I even tried mindfulness breathing! I learned to slow down and set up a plan for self-care. Coaching allowed me to be held accountable for each goal I had and consistently motivated me to keep going.

"Natalya helps women find balance in their life and rediscover how to prioritize themselves again"
When Natalya and I started out, I was in a transitional point in my life after divorce and with retirement on the horizon. I was feeling overwhelmed with life and I wasn’t emotionally ready to move forward. I really appreciated Natalya’s open, flexible and really intuitive way of working. She could sense when I was feeling emotional and needed to explore something further. Sometimes I didn’t even realize how therapeutic it was to take the time to explore these areas further.
I would recommend Natalya to any woman going through a big life transition whether it’s marriage, divorce, kids, loss or even retirement

"Natalya immediately created a compassionate, open and safe space for me to share"
At the beginning of my sessions with Natalya, I was a nurse who felt stuck in her job and felt misaligned with where my life was going. I heard about nurse coaching and was very curious about experiencing it myself.
Natalya immediately created a compassionate, open and safe space for me to share. She was easy to work with, provided unconditional support for me while also challenging me when I needed it.
In addition to getting clarity around my next career steps, Natalya also helped me focus on learning to trust myself. I learned a lot of the answers I had was within me and I’m continuing to learn how to access and trust my inner voice of wisdom.

My sessions with Natalya were transformative. Through her encouragement, I engaged in deep self-reflection to identify areas that need improvement. Her insightful input helped me gain clarity on my goals, motivating me to approach decision-making and goal-setting with greater confidence. Her calm, accepting manner fostered openness, as she provided clear instructions, constructive feedback, and sound guidance. Because of her support, I now feel more confident and motivated, eagerly anticipating the next chapters of my life. Thank you for empowering me to shed old, burdensome habits and embrace new, more positive self-perspective.

I’d always been a bit resistant to trying personal coaching because I knew the value in it would be so dependent on the quality of the coach, and vetting someone or finding the right fit can take a lot of time and searching. But I’d known Natalya for many years and was familiar with her intelligence and caring spirit, so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did.
I have ongoing personal therapy as well, but of the two, Natalya’s coaching has been the more valuable experience. She digs deep and searches for the root causes of my inability to move forward, provides valuable insights, and suggests helpful resources like books that I wouldn’t have found on my own that have given me additional perspectives on my situation.
The breadth of experiences she’s provided has been refreshing as well–it hasn’t just been a series of zoom calls or office visits, but nature walks and meditations that have added to my sense of peace. I’ve felt very supported throughout the process, and I’d highly recommend her personal coaching to anyone trying to get unstuck and move forward in their lives.

Before I started with Natalya, I was seeking nurse coaching to overcome self-censorship. I had a strong desire to show up authentically and to let go of worries of other’s perception of me. The nurse coaching has helped me have a clearer vision of how I want to show up in my life personally and professionally. I had a safe space to vocalize fears and what was holding me back. It allowed me to take action to show up authentically while being held accountable by my nurse coach.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Natalya for mindfulness practice, and her approach truly stood out. Natalya has an exceptional ability to guide you into a state of calm and presence, with her soothing voice and composed tone creating a judgement-free atmosphere. Each session seemed perfectly attuned to what I needed at the time, as if she intuitively understood what would help me find peace in that moment. I highly recommend Natalya to anyone looking to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, or simply create more tranquility in their life.

When Natalya and I started working together, I was newly out of a very stressful and physically demanding job. I needed some guidance on how to take back control of my life. The coaching was incredibly beneficial because we broke down my overall goal into bite size pieces, so it wasn’t as scary. We were able to break down goals around diet, obsessive thoughts, and my sleep. I didn’t feel like I had to address everything all at once. Natalya would always check in on our goals at the next session, so I always felt like I had accountability of how I moved forward. It helped me be accountable of the changes I wanted to implement.
As a nurse, Natalya could break down issues and help my growth in the desired direction. Through my coaching sessions, I was able to see that making small changes moved me to my ultimate goal. The small changes allowed me to see that the change I want is possible.
I learned that I deserved to take care of myself. Like a lot of nurses, I’ve done a lot of caregiving and caretaking of others but I never took time for me. I came to the realization that no one was going to take care of me but me. It felt really good to focus on my needs.

As a college student, I was at a crossroads and was experiencing a lot of stress about choosing a career path before I started working with Natalya.
The coaching helped me see that I was underestimating myself and my ability to go to medical school. I kept coming up with a lot of “what if’s” and holding myself back from pursuing my dream. The coaching helped me see that feeling unsure and having doubts was perfectly normal.
It helped me let go of perfection and the expectations to “know it all”. I have been able to be less hard on myself and talk back to my inner critic.
As the coaching continued, it evolved to support me being able to have tough conversations with people in my life. I used the mindfulness and breathing techniques that I learned to help let go of some of the anxiety when having tough conversations about the future with my partner and I let go of feeling that I needed to manage other people’s emotions.
Natalya created a safe space for me to explore my feelings and I created my own path forward.
